The Climate Summit will bring together leaders from major economies, developed and developing countries, vulnerable nations, and major energy producers and consumers. Ten years after the Paris Agreement, the world is entering a new phase of the climate crisis as the energy transition accelerates. The Summit will focus on accelerating the transition, strengthening energy security, advancing climate justice, mobilizing action and protecting people from the accelerating climate crisis.
Taking action on methane
The Secretary-General’s Call to Action highlights how methane reductions can deliver immediate climate benefits alongside cleaner air, stronger food systems and economic opportunity.
Local leaders driving change
The Local Leaders series features mayors, governors, and others making cities and regions future-ready, showcasing how communities benefit from initiatives addressing the climate crisis.
For information integrity
