An Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵDEF-funded project has launched a guide to developing accurate voter lists in transitional democracies. The handbook is based on a comparative analysis of transitional countries in Europe, including Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, and Moldova. It covers the full range of voter registration, from general requirements and legal frameworks to administrative and technical aspects, best practices and practical recommendations.
