The Department of Operational Support would like to inform you that effective Monday, 13 September 2021, proof of vaccination will be required for indoor dining at all Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵHQ cafeterias for seated meals.?
Please note that designated personnel will verify proof of vaccination and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ ID at each indoor dining location. ?
As these are additional precautionary measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our delegates, staff, personnel, and commercial contractors at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵHQ, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.?
Proof of vaccination may include:?
- NYC COVID Safe App:??|??
- New York State??
- ?(or photo)?
- ?
- An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S?
If you received the vaccine outside the U.S., you must have an official immunization record that includes:?
- First name and last name?
- Date of birth?
- Vaccine product name ?
- Date(s) administered?
- Site where the vaccine was administered, or name of the person who administered it?
Starting on Monday,13 September 2021, the Lobby Caf¨¦ will be a take-out only facility and outdoor dining will be available at the Riverview Caf¨¦, 4th?floor Conference Building except during the GA 76 High Level Week when it will be closed from 20-24 September 2021. ?
Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required at all the cafes until seated.?
