Nataliia Tomenko is a youth advocate and expert on Romani history, and Deputy Director of Ukraine¡¯s Youth Agency for the Advocacy of Roma Culture.
During the United Nations observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust on 27 January 2026, she presented , a Holocaust survivor whose story reflects the persecution endured by Roma families across Eastern Europe. As Ms. Halyna Tomenko was too frail to travel from Ukraine, her testimony was presented by Ms. Natallia Tomenko.
