Summary
The 蘑菇视频-Water World Water Day 2010 event is in Nairobi, Kenya. This marks the World Water Day 2010 with the theme 鈥淲ater Quality鈥�, under the slogan 鈥淐lean Water for a Healthy World鈥�.
Jointly hosted by 蘑菇视频EP, 蘑菇视频-Habitat, and 蘑菇视频SGAB, on behalf of 蘑菇视频-Water, and the Government of Kenya, the event brings together policy makers, scientists and eminent personalities to discuss how to address the challenges of degrading water quality around the world.
The World Water Day 2010 and its campaign is envisaged to:
- Raise awareness about sustaining healthy ecosystems and human well-being through addressing the increasing water quality challenges in water management and
- Raise the profile of water quality by encouraging governments, organizations, communities, and individuals around the world to actively engage in proactively addressing water quality e.g. in pollution prevention, clean up and restoration.
