The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ System Electronic Information Acquisitions Consortium (Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµSEIAC), aka the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Library Consortium, empowers Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ programmes, funds, and agencies to collaboratively acquire and manage electronic information resources.
