NEW YORK 22 April 2020 ¨C A new??from the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Secretary-General assesses development progress made by the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) since 2011, which is threatened by COVID-19 and the global downturn.

This was the second mission of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Inter-Agency Task Force on LDC Graduation (IATF) and was led by OHRLLS, DESA, ESCAP and Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµDP in close cooperation with the Government of Solomon Islands, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Resident Coordinator and the Country Team in Honiara. The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµCDF, OECD, Asian Development Bank and PIF Secretariat also participated in the mission.
