They discussed the priorities of the 70<sup>th<\/sup> session of the General Assembly and the need to promptly implement the 2030 Agenda for Development. In this regard, Bahrain will host, in December, the first Arab-Ministerial Conference on the implementation of the SDGs in the Arab world. They also discussed the situation in the Middle East, particularly the crises in Syria and Yemen, as well as the unprecedented global refugee crisis.
