Among the topics on the agenda are the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Climate Agreement, efforts to enhance the role and effectiveness of the United Nations in matters of peace and security, the global refugee crisis and human rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On Monday, 29 February, he will meet with Ambassador Choi Kyong-lim, President of the Human Rights Council, with Mr Zeid Ra&#8217;ad Al Hussein, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ High Commissioner for Human Rights, with Dr. Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization, with the President of Togo, with Peter Maurer, President of ICRC, with former Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Secretary-General Kofi Annan and with Professor Klaus Schwab, Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As part of his visit to Geneva he will address the opening of the 31st session of the Human Right Council as well as the High Level Panel on Human Rights Mainstreaming and open the art exhibition by Qatar on \u201cHuman Rights in the Culture of Islam\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On Tuesday, 1 March, Mr. Lykketoft has meetings with Mr Stavros Lambrinidis, EU Special Representative on Human Rights, with Mr. St\u00e9phane Dion, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Canada, with H.E. Mr. Ramtane Lamamra, Foreign Minister of Algeria, with Mr. Michel Sidibe, Executive Director of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAIDS.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Lykketoft will be accompanied on the trip to Geneva by Chef de Cabinet H.E. Tomas Anker Christensen, Special Assistant Marcus Carter Mathiasen and Senior Adviser Meena Syed.
