The one-day event includes an opening session and a plenary in the morning and a panel discussion on <em>\u201cSowing the Seeds of the Culture of Peace: Early Childhood is the beginning\u201d<\/em> in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 High Level Forum on Culture of Peace<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>H.E.
