While there, he will address the Leaders\u2019 Forum of the 39th United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵESCO) General Conference. The theme of the Leaders\u2019 Forum is \u201cSDGs and the role of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵESCO in the multilateral system\u201d. The President will hold bilateral meetings with fellow attendees as well as the Minister for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition of France.<\/li>\n<li>The President will then travel to Manama, Bahrain, to address the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum on 2 November. The theme of the event, which is being organized by the Government of Bahrain, is \u201cAchieving the SDGs through Promoting Entrepreneurship and Innovation\u201d. The President will also hold bilateral meetings with Bahraini officials.<\/li>\n<li>The President\u2019s last stop will be the United Arab Emirates. There he will hold bilateral meetings with Emirati officials and attend the Bani Yas Forum from 3 to 5 November. The forum brings together international officials for discussions on global and regional affairs.<\/li>\n<li>The President will return to New York on 6 November.<\/li>\n<li>Asked whether the President would be meeting with any leaders from the Balkans while in Paris, the Spokesperson later confirmed that the President was expected to meet with H.E. Mr. Bakir Izetbegovic, Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>ENDING IMPÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵITY AN IMPORTANT WAY TO PREVENT FUTURE ATROCITIES, PRESIDENT SAYS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The President <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/2017\/10\/30\/report-of-the-international-criminal-court\/\">spoke this morning in the General Assembly plenary<\/a>, which was considering the report of the International Criminal Court.<\/li>\n<li>He said the 1998 Rome Statute is a landmark on the journey to universal justice and rule of law.<\/li>\n<li>He added that ending impunity is an important way to prevent future atrocities. All of us have an obligation to prevent and respond to these grave crimes, he said.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>PRESIDENT DISCUSSES SUSTAINING PEACE WITH PERUVIAN FOREIGN MINISTER<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The President met this morning with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/2017\/10\/30\/meeting-with-the-minister-of-foreign-affairs-of-peru\/\">Foreign Minister of Peru, H.E.
