The Spokesperson replied that the President had not been involved with that decision in any way.<\/li>\n<li>Noting that he did not speak for the Secretariat\u2019s Department for General Assembly and Conference Management (DGACM), the Spokesperson shared a passage from DGACM\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/ga\/72\/pdf\/delegates_handbook_72nd_session_en.pdf\">Delegates Handbook<\/a> for informational purposes, which states, \u201cOnly United Nations documents and statements of speakers can be distributed in the Hall before or during a meeting.
