There he will address the opening of the 37th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, the Council\u2019s Annual High-level Panel on Human Rights Mainstreaming and the Conference on Disarmament.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tuesday, 27 February<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/51\/2018\/02\/Second-IGN-on-Security-Council-reform.pdf\">second meeting<\/a> of the Intergovernmental Negotiations (IGN) on Security Council Reform, will be held on 27 and 28 February in Conference Room 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wednesday, 28 February<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will be in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 28 February to 1 March.
