The theme of this dialogue will be \u201cÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ-Poppable Bubble: Engaging with External Stakeholders\u201d from 8:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will participate in the annual commemoration ceremony on the occasion of the International Day of Reflection on the Genocide against the Tsutsi in Rwanda.
