It will be held at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 2. The meeting will last until 18 April.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will address the opening ceremony of the 17<sup>th<\/sup> session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, entitled \u201cIndigenous peoples\u2019 collective rights to lands, territories and resources\u201d at 11 a.m. in the General Assembly Hall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will deliver a presentation at an event called \u201cÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2.0: Past, Present &amp; Future of the United Nations\u201d, organized by the European-American Chamber of Commerce, at 12:30 p.m. in Conference Room 6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tuesday, 17 April<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will convene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/51\/2018\/02\/Informal-interactive-hearing-Letter-to-MS-rev.pdf\">informal interactive hearings<\/a> with indigenous peoples on their participation in United Nations meetings on issues affecting them, at 3 p.m. in Trusteeship Council Chamber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wednesday, 18 April<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The General Assembly will hold an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/51\/2018\/04\/IIIM-6-April.pdf\">informal meeting<\/a> to allow the Head of \u00a0the International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism to Assist in the Investigation and Prosecution of Persons Responsible for the Most Serious Crimes under International Law Committed in the Syrian Arab Republic since March 2011 (IIIM) to present its <a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/en\/A\/72\/764\">first report<\/a>, followed by a discussion with the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Membership, at 10:00 a.m. in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will address an event entitled \u201cPreventing Tomorrow\u2019s Conflict\u201d at 3 p.m. in Conference Room 11. It will be organized by the Permanent Mission of Australia to the United Nations and the United Nations University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Thursday, 19 <\/strong><strong>April<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The co-facilitators to lead the intergovernmental consultations on the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) review process will convene an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/51\/2018\/04\/ECOSOC-Review-3-April.pdf\">informal meeting<\/a> at 10 a.m. in the ECOSOC Chamber.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will deliver opening remarks at a Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵICEF event entitled \u201cActivate Talk: Youth Power the Planet\u201d, at 4 p.m. in Conference Room 2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Friday, 20 April<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly will host the 9th session of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/pga\/72\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/51\/2017\/10\/Morning-Dialogues-with-President-of-the-General-Assembly.pdf\">Morning Dialogues<\/a> series.
