That was then followed by a discussion by the United Nations membership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>U.N. WAS BUILT TO PREVENT CONFLICTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The President will speak this afternoon at an event called \u201cPreventing Tomorrow\u2019s Conflicts\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>It is being organized by the Permanent Mission of Australia to the United Nations and United Nations University.<\/li>\n<li>The President is expected to say that the United Nations was built to prevent conflicts.
