That will be at 4:00 p.m. in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.<\/li>\n<li>In his remarks this afternoon, the President is expected to say that the United Nations is judged by the performance of its Security Council. In that regard, everything the United Nations does \u2013 from humanitarian aid to sustainable development\u2013 is at stake.<\/li>\n<li>He will say that, if people lose faith in the United Nations, that could undermine our entire system. That is why the Security Council reform process is so important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>PRESIDENT MEETS WITH HEAD OF ITALIAN SENATE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>President Laj\u010d\u00e1k\u00a0is <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ_PGA\/status\/1012738485629997056\">meeting now<\/a> with the President of the Italian Senate.<\/li>\n<li>They are expected to discuss a number of topics, including multilateralism, the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration, and collaboration between the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and parliamentarians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>PRESIDENT HOLDS DIALOGUE WITH U.N. AMBASSADORS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Today, the President held the 12th in his series of Morning Dialogues with United Nations ambassadors.<\/li>\n<li>Fifteen Permanent Representatives attended today.<\/li>\n<li>The topic was \u201cBridging the Global Divide \u2013 the influence of Like-Minded Groups\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>FIFTH COMMITTEE TRYING TO CONCLUDE WORK TODAY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Asked whether this afternoon\u2019s General Assembly plenary meeting would deal with Fifth Committee matters, the Spokesperson clarified that today\u2019s meeting would focus on Security Council reform.<\/li>\n<li>Asked when the Fifth Committee would handle peacekeeping operations, the Secretary-General\u2019s management reform proposals and the Global Service Delivery Model (GSDM) report, the Spokesperson said that the Committee was currently dealing with all pending matters and would try to conclude its work today.
