Ms. Mar\u00eda Fernanda Espinosa Garc\u00e9s, met with H.E. Mr. Augusto Santos Silva, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal. The President of the General Assembly and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal agreed that multilateralism is the only way to address today\u2019s global challenges.
