Ms. Mar\u00eda Fernanda Espinosa Garc\u00e9s, met with H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States. The President of the General Assembly and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States discussed the longstanding engagement of the League of Arab States with the United Nations since 1950, and agreed to work together on shared priorities for the 73rd session of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly, including the work of the\u00a0the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵRWA), and supporting multilateralism to respond and deliver to those in need.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_image
