Ms. Mar\u00eda Fernanda Espinosa Garc\u00e9s, met today with H.E. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. The President of the General Assembly expressed her deepest condolences on the passing away of the late President Tran Dai Quang last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>They discussed shared\u00a0priorities for the 73rd session of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly, including climate change and revitalization of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, and Viet Nam\u2019s contribution to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and multilateralism. The President commended Viet Nam for the signing and ratifying the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;3.12.2&#8243;
