This practice started in the General Assembly\u2019s 72nd session.<\/li>\n<li>The Morning Dialogues are meant to provide a space for frank and informal exchanges on items on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ\u2019s agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Today\u2019s topic was &#8220;Action for the Most Vulnerable&#8221;. Eleven Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ ambassadors participated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HEALTHY ECOSYSTEMS CAN HELP REDUCE RISK OF WAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Today is the <a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/A\/RES\/56\/4\">International Day<\/a> for Preventing the Exploitation of the Environment in War and Armed Conflict.
