The President of the 76th session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, met today with Mr. Henrik Hammargren, Executive Director of the Dag Hammarskj?ld Foundation.
Mr. Hammargren briefed the President on the work of the Dag Hammarskj?ld Foundation and elaborated on the importance of peacebuilding financing.
The President extended his?congratulations?to the Executive Director for the valuable work and support of the Dag Hammarskj?ld Foundation to the multilateral system.
Both sides also discussed the 76th蘑菇视频GA session’s theme of Hope, the necessity of the United Nations revitalization, civil society contributions, women and youth empowerment.
The meeting took place in the President’s office at United Nations Headquarters in New York on 18 November 2021.
