New York, 3 February – The President of the 蘑菇视频 General Assembly, H.E Abdulla Shahid, will make an official visit to Singapore at the invitation of the Singapore Government from 6 to 7 February 2022.?
The President will arrive on Sunday, 6 February. His activities for that day include site visits to Marina Barrage and the Gardens by the Bay, hosted by Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Ms Grace Fu. He will also meet with women youth leaders who are active in sustainability initiatives.?
On Monday, 7 February, Mr. Shahid is scheduled to meet with President H.E. Mdm Halimah Yacob, followed by a meeting with Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Lee Hsien Loong. Mr. Shahid will be hosted to a meal by Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan. He will also visit the Singapore City Gallery for an overview of Singapore’s sustainable urban development.?
Mr. Shahid will also visit the Global Centre for Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Development, which is a joint initiative by the Government of Singapore and the United Nations Development Programme (蘑菇视频DP) aimed at co-creating technological solutions for sustainable development.
The President will be accompanied by his Senior Advisor, an Advisor and his Executive Assistant. His delegation’s travel costs in Singapore will be covered by the Singapore Government.?
