OUR COMMON AGENDA
Underway in the General Assembly Hall today is the third Our Common Agenda consultation.
The theme is ¡°Framework for a peaceful world ¨C promoting peace, international law and digital cooperation.¡±
The thematic consultation will follow the same format as the first and second clusters. The first day will consist of the plenary segment.
The second day will feature two moderated panel discussions in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.
This consultation is overseen by Belgium, as a Vice-President of the General Assembly.

Right now, the President is meeting with Rebeca Grynspan of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵCTAD.
LANGUAGES
This afternoon, the President will take part in the virtual observance of International Mother Language Day.
He will deliver a speech in Dhivehi.
The event is organized by the Permanent Missions of Bangladesh, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Nigeria, Portugal to the United Nationsm, in collaboration with the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Secretariat and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵESCO

UKRAINE
And I received questions this weekend and today about who would participate in the General Assembly meeting on Ukraine, to be held this Wednesday, 23 February.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba is expected. As is Lord Ahmad, as the Minister of State for the Commonwealth and the United Nations.
The meeting will start at 10AM and likely run over into the 3PM session.

QUESTIONS
The Spokesperson was asked about President Putin¡¯s decision to possibly recognize the separatist eastern Ukrainian regions. The Spokesperson said she does not have any comment.
