Mr. Abdulla Shahid met today with the Permanent Representatives of Belgium, Dominican Republic, State of Kuwait, Republic of Slovenia and the United Republic of Tanzania in their capacity as Vice-Presidents of the 76th session of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President discussed the modalities of the upcoming five thematic informal consultations on the Secretary-General\u2019s report \u2019Our Common Agenda\u2019 which would be overseen by the five Vice-Presidents and held over the next two months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Vice Presidents expressed their readiness for cooperation in follow-up to the OCA report and thanked the President for showing confidence towards them to chair the upcoming thematic consultations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The meeting took place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The President of the 76th Session of the General Assembly H.E.
