ASSEMBLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just a few items related to the General Assembly for February\u2026<\/p>\n<p>On 7 February we will go back to four people per delegation at the General Assembly Hall, in the standard 1+3 format.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone will continue to be required to wear a mask and social distance whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of the topics that are coming up in the General Assembly for February\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, there will be informal consultations in preparation for the Ocean Conference in Portugal\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The following week, on 8 February, there will be a closed informal meeting of the plenary on intergovernmental negotiations in connection with membership of the Security Council\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Many other topics, including the President\u2019s high-level event on vaccine equity, which will be held on 25 February.<\/p>\n<p>The full list of meetings is available at h<a have been asked about the General Assembly meeting on Ukraine that is set for 23 February.<\/p>\n<p>This is a long-standing item on the agenda, and is not a recent addition given the current situation in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And for friends and colleagues of Gail Farngalo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>There is a condolence book set up outside of the President\u2019s
