Member States are in informal consultations on the political declaration for the high-level meeting on universal health coverage, which will be held on Thursday, 21 September.

BILATERALS
Among his bilaterals today, President Csaba K?r?si will meet with Secretary-General António Guterres for their monthly coordination meeting. This will likely be the last such meeting for the Presidency.
This morning, President K?r?si met with US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield. This was in the context of the Security Council Presidency for August, and discussing the proposed program of work.
Later today, the President will meet with a Pace University delegation from here in New York. This is part of the President’s effort to reach out to academia on issues of priority for the United Nations.
