BILATERALS<\/strong><\/p>\n

President Csaba K\u0151r\u00f6si will today meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Roberto Alvarez.<\/p>\n

They will be joined by Ambassador Jos\u00e9 Blanco, the Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic, here at the Headquarters.<\/p>\n

The meeting will be to discuss matters relevant to the United Nations agenda, in particular the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Water Conference.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, President K\u0151r\u00f6si met with Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the Permanent Representative of the United States.\u00a0 Related tweet: https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ_PGA\/status\/1617549673606045696<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

This afternoon, the President will be speaking with Ambassador Satyendra Prasad, the Permanent Representative of Fiji.<\/p>\n

Sustainability is and will be on the agenda for those bilaterals. As well as forthcoming events in the General Assembly.<\/p>\n

TOMORROW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Looking to tomorrow\u2026<\/p>\n

At 10AM in the ECOSOC is the Special Meeting on \u201csocial and economic measures to prevent genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.\u201d President K\u0151r\u00f6si will have remarks.<\/p>\n

He will also speak that day to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵESCO event for the International Day of Education.\u00a0 The event starts at 10AM in the Trusteeship Council but the President will speak between 11am and noon.<\/p>\n

The General Assembly will hold informal consultations on the high-level meeting on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
