The President of the General Assembly H.E. Phil¨¦mon Yang met with H.E. M¨¦lanie Joly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, on 30 September 2024.
The President of the General Assembly and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada discussed the Summit of The Future and Canada¡¯s commitment to implementing the Pact for the Future.
They further exchanged views on the agenda for the 79th session of the General Assembly and on PGA’s vision and priorities for the year ahead.
