Thank you for inviting me to address the Committee again.?
Distinguished Delegates?
As you enter the most difficult phase of your work, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts you have made so far and the results that you have been able to achieve.??
I know that many important documents have reached you very late in the session and are being introduced even at this late stage.??
You have been working intensely around the clock, including on weekends, and thanks to this commitment, there has been good progress??
However, many important decisions remain to be made in the coming days. When I addressed the Committee in October, I appealed to you all to collaborate and demonstrate flexibility in an effort to finish your work on time.??
Today, once again, I call on all of you to work together, collaborate, show the required flexibility.??
I am confident that, through redoubling your efforts in the coming days, you can conclude your work before Christmas and spend the holidays with your loved ones.?
I stand by your side, ready to assist if need be.?
