Philemon Yang met with the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, H.E. Mr. To Lam, on September 24, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly and the President of Viet Nam discussed the importance of multilateralism, works of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, international law including the Convention on the Law of the Sea (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵCLOS), and the role of regional organizations.
