Thank you for inviting me to address the Committee again.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Distinguished Delegates<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As you enter the most difficult phase of your work, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts you have made so far and the results that you have been able to achieve.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I know that many important documents have reached you very late in the session and are being introduced even at this late stage.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You have been working intensely around the clock, including on weekends, and thanks to this commitment, there has been good progress\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, many important decisions remain to be made in the coming days. When I addressed the Committee in October, I appealed to you all to collaborate and demonstrate flexibility in an effort to finish your work on time.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, once again, I call on all of you to work together, collaborate, show the required flexibility.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I am confident that, through redoubling your efforts in the coming days, you can conclude your work before Christmas and spend the holidays with your loved ones.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I stand by your side, ready to assist if need be.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
