Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly of Viet Nam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Philemon Yang, met with H.E.
