Third dialogue on Implementation of Pact of the Future to lay groundwork for 2028 review\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The President of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ General Assembly H.E. Mr. Philemon Yang will convene the third and final\u00a0informal interactive dialogue to support Member States in advancing the implementation of\u00a0the Pact for the Future<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>on\u00a0Thursday, 17 July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.<\/strong>\u00a0The theme for this interactive dialogue will be\u202f”Looking ahead to 2028″.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Pact for the Future mandates a\u202fhigh-level review of\u202fthe overall progress\u202fmade\u202fin implementing the Pact in 2028. While implementation efforts of the Pact for the Future are underway, it is essential to lay the groundwork for the review and actions needed for its success.\u202f As such, this dialogue aims to provide a platform for Member States to deliberate on the design and preparation of the 2028 review of the Pact.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
