The President of the General Assembly, H.E. Ms. Annalena Baerbock, met with H.E. Mr. Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, on 26 September.
They discussed the preparations for COP30, the selection process of the next Secretary-General, and
reaffirmed the need to reform the United Nations and its Security Council.
