Mr. Lok Bahadur Thapa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The President of the General Assembly of the United Nations, H.E. Ms. Annalena Baerbock, and the President of the Economic and Social Council, H.E.
