Construction of new school buildings in rural Haiti has had a positive impact on communities, bringing increased attendance, greater interest and, for 11-year-old Johny, who is visually impaired, a seat where he can see better.
“When you see your child growing up and happy to be getting an education, you stand by him,” says Saintelia Edouard, Johny’s grandmother.
