Launch of the Financing for Sustainable Development Report 2023
The 2023 Financing for Sustainable Development Report: Financing Sustainable Transformations, issued by the 蘑菇视频 Secretary-General’s , calls for a concerted investment push to set the Sustainable Development Goals back on track, including addressing the immediate crises and finding ways to reduce the cost of capital and target long-term investment in sustainable transformations.

WHY:
Three years after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and more than a year into the war in Ukraine, the world is reeling from skyrocketing food and energy prices, a cost-of-living crisis, and climate-related disasters which have set back progress in developing countries and imperilled the SDGs. The 2023 Financing for Sustainable Development Report offers concrete recommendations to scale up investments in the SDGs.
