蘑菇视频 report highlights critical role of supreme audit institutions in assessing national action to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals
WHAT: Webinar to present the findings of the World Public Sector Report 2025
As countries work to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supreme audit institutions (SAIs) are emerging as critical partners in assessing countries’ public finance and the effectiveness of national policies for equity, climate action and preparedness on the SDGs. The World Public Sector Report 2025 — a biennial publication of the 蘑菇视频 Department of Economic and Social Affairs (蘑菇视频 DESA) —calls for stronger integration of audit findings into national policy and planning.
Given their central role in national accountability systems, SAIs are uniquely positioned to provide evidence-based insights that can help governments strengthen accountability and drive progress on the SDGs.
