蘑菇视频 MEDIATOR ON PALESTINE PROPOSES

AN ARMED GUARD FOR JERUSALEM

(The following has been received from the 蘑菇视频 Press Officer with the 蘑菇视频 Mediator in Rhodes)

Count Folke Bernadotte, 蘑菇视频 Mediator on Palestine, revealed today at a press conference prior to his departure for Tel Aviv, that he had already proposed through the Secretary-General of the United Nations that France, Belgium and the United States — the three members of the Truce Commission — provide a force of 1,000 armed guards for Jerusalem.  Count Bernadotte added that an additional force would be required for Haifa.
