Middle East

• On 10 September, the reported that its field researchers had documented attacks in Gaza between 7 and 10 September that killed ten Palestinians, including a couple and their two children, injured others, destroyed homes and tents, and displaced families. The update provides incident-level documentation relevant to civilian-protection monitoring and accountability efforts.
• On 9 September, reported that the Jerusalem District Court had rejected their request for an interim injunction to halt a tender for 1,234 housing units in the E1 area. The three organizations stated that the petitions challenging the E1 plans remained pending and that the State had undertaken to notify bidders that any rights acquired through the tender would remain subject to the Court’s eventual ruling.
• On 8 September, reported that Israeli authorities had demolished homes in Khirbet al-Fakhit and Khirbet Khallet a-Dabe’ in Masafer Yatta, all in the occupied West Bank, leaving five families homeless. The organization linked the demolitions to a wider pattern of displacement affecting Palestinian communities in the area, with direct implications for shelter, protection and humanitarian access.
• On 5 September, the reported that two Palestinians had been killed in what it described as a joint attack by Israeli forces and settlers in the Ramallah area. The NGO calls for urgent action to end the collective punishment and retaliatory acts carried out by the Israeli security forces and settlers and for immediate intervention to protect Palestinian civilians.
• On 31 August, published the report “Cultural Genocide: Devastation of Cultural Heritage in Gaza,” examining damage to cultural heritage and its consequences for Palestinian collective memory and identity. The NGO calls for international action – inter alia at the ICC, among the signatories of the Geneva Conventions and 蘑菇视频ESCO – to compel Israel to stop targeting cultural sites in the OPT.
• On 30 August, issued a statement on the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearance calling for disclosure of the fate and whereabouts of Palestinians reported missing or detained. The statement highlights the continuing need for family information, safeguards for detainees and independent documentation of alleged disappearances.

Africa, Asia and Europe

• On 8 September, published a legal analysis of the proceedings in Nicaragua v. Germany before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) concerning Germany’s support for Israel. The article sets out key legal questions in the case and is relevant to debates on third-State obligations, international responsibility and measures to prevent serious violations of international law.

North America

• On 8 September, launched a petition urging the United States Congress to support restrictions on trade with Israeli settlements and targeted sanctions on actors that finance or facilitate settlement expansion. The action reflects continued civil-society engagement in United States policy debates concerning differentiation between Israel and settlements in the occupied territory.

United Nations

• On 10 September, reported major gaps in 2026-2027 winter preparedness in Gaza due to funding shortfalls and restrictions on the entry of critical supplies. It also described 蘑菇视频RWA shelter, health and education operations, and noted that 48,000 Palestine Refugee students had begun the school year in the West Bank amid movement restrictions, insecurity and violence.
• On 8 September, reported continued civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure in Gaza, alongside rising risks of flooding and disease as the rainy season approached. In the West Bank, OCHA highlighted sustained settler violence, displacement and funding constraints affecting humanitarian assistance, including reduced food support.
• On 7 September, issued compiled casualty, displacement, access and service-delivery figures for Gaza as of 2 September. The snapshot consolidates operational data from United Nations and other cited sources, while identifying figures that had not been independently verified by the United Nations.
• On 2 September, the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People (CEIRPP) held its 430th meeting and adopted its annual report for the period from 2 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. The Committee also received briefings from OCHA and the Palestine Shelter Cluster on humanitarian and shelter conditions in Gaza and the West Bank, and elected a new Vice-Chair of its Bureau.
• On 29 August, reported severe shelter deficiencies in Gaza, constraints on winter preparations and continuing access, supply and funding obstacles affecting humanitarian operations. In the West Bank, the report highlighted settler attacks, the isolation of families in Qusra and the Israeli authorities’ entry into the 蘑菇视频RWA Kalandia Training Centre.
• On 28 August, published a consolidated overview of reported casualties, humanitarian access conditions and the functionality of essential services in Gaza as of 26 August. The product attributes figures to their original sources and flags data that had not yet been verified by the United Nations, supporting consistent operational monitoring.
