Middle East

• On 23 September, the reported that its field researchers had documented the killing of 16 Palestinians, including 3 children and 2 women, in attacks in Gaza between 16 and 21 September. The NGO calls upon the international community to take immediate and effective action to stop Israeli killings, attacks, destruction, and forced displacement, and hold to account those responsible.
• On 17 September, reported that a previously damaged six-story residential building in Gaza City collapsed on 16 September, killing 21 Palestinians, including 12 children and 5 women, and injuring 45 others. The organization highlighted risks facing displaced families sheltering in unsafe structures and constraints on rescue and recovery operations caused by shortages of specialized equipment.
• On 16 September, the reported that at least 16 Palestinians, including a woman and her unborn child, were killed in attacks documented across Gaza between 11 and 15 September. The organization said the incidents affected residential areas, vehicles, streets and displacement sites, underscoring continuing risks to civilians and displaced families.
• On 14 September, published “The Elimination Project,” a report examining Israeli policies and practices affecting Palestinian collective life in the occupied West Bank. Drawing on approximately 2,000 testimonies and additional field research, the report analyzes violence and intimidation, movement restrictions, economic pressures, social and political disruption, and displacement and territorial takeover as interconnected mechanisms.
• On 12 September, reported severe water deprivation and sewage overflows in Gaza, describing an environmental and public-health emergency alongside diminished humanitarian response capacity. The organization highlighted damage to water and sanitation infrastructure, shortages of fuel and equipment, and restrictions affecting repairs and service delivery, with implications for disease prevention and access to safe water.

Africa, Asia and Europe

• On 16 September, the reported that the collapse of a war-damaged residential building in Gaza illustrated the consequences of inadequate shelter and restrictions on materials needed for repair and reconstruction. The NGO called attention to the risks facing families living in damaged structures and to shortages that constrain safer shelter options and emergency response.
• On 15 September, commented on European Union policy concerning trade with Israeli settlements, noting that several countries had adopted or announced settlement-trade restrictions. The organization called for action at the European Union level, including restrictions on settlement trade, and linked the issue to states’ obligations arising from the International Court of Justice’s 2024 advisory opinion.

North America

• On 18 September, the published its weekly Settlement and Annexation Report, covering a second E1 tender scheduled to open soon, a court decision concerning a West Bank land-registration tender, developments affecting families in Qusra and 叠’罢蝉别濒别尘’s new report on conditions in the West Bank. The update consolidates legal, planning and policy developments relevant to settlement expansion and displacement risks.
• On 16 September, the released a podcast discussion with historian and author Dr. Assal Rad on the impact of the media coverage of Gaza and her newly published book examining the subject. The discussion considered framing, sourcing and public understanding in reporting on the conflict, contributing to debate on how media narratives shape policy discourse and public engagement in the United States.
• On 14 September, and the Rebuilding Alliance held an online briefing on preserving Palestinian Christian presence in the occupied West Bank. Palestinian speakers discussed land protection, cultural heritage, community resilience and the challenges facing Christian communities, providing participants with perspectives from affected localities and information relevant to advocacy and public education.

United Nations

• On 24 September, the highlighted that the Agency began the 2026/2027 school year in Gaza on 19 September through in-person and distance learning, with nearly 97,000 students attending learning spaces during the first week. The report also documented risks from unsafe buildings, incidents affecting 蘑菇视频RWA facilities and personnel, disruptions to health services, and continuing shelter, water and sanitation needs.
• On 12 September, the reported continued attacks and displacement in Gaza, severe winter-preparedness constraints and barriers to safe learning. In the occupied West Bank, the report documented demolitions in Masafer Yatta, increased settler attacks, access constraints affecting students and continuing humanitarian needs linked to displacement, livelihoods and essential services.
