  • Since 2 March humanitarian aid has been blocked from entering Gaza, severely impacting essential supplies like food, water, and medical aid.
  • Since 18 March hostilities have intensified, resulting in 390,000 people being newly displaced with no safe place to go.
  • In the West Bank, Israeli operations displaced 40,000 people, severely impacting families¡¯ daily lives, safety, and access to healthcare, education, and other essential services.
  • Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµICEF and its partners provided water to over 1.5 million people3 in Gaza.
  • In March, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµICEF provided cash assistance to 19,664 families (133,189 people, including 76,473 children) in the Gaza Strip, to help meet their essential needs.
