\u00a0The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the endorsement of the Israeli occupation authorities of building 1100 new colonial settlement units, stressing that the Israeli settlement expansion policy is a blatant aggression against the rights of the Palestinian people aiming at imposing a new reality in order to prevent the establishment of the independent Palestinian state.<\/div>\n

The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, affirmed that the continuation of construction and expansion of the Israeli settlements is a flagrant violation of international law and the resolutions of international legitimacy, calling upon the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Security Council to shoulder its responsibilities in putting an end to the illegal Israeli settlement policy in all occupied Palestinian land including the city of Al-Quds Al-Sharif.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
