NEW YORK, 30 June 2014<\/strong> – “Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵICEF strongly condemns the abduction and killing of three Israeli young people in the West Bank. We join the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Secretary-General in expressing our deepest sympathy to their families. <\/p><\/div>\n

“This latest act of violence is a tragic and terrible reminder of the toll that senseless hatred is taking on both Israeli and Palestinian children.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

“We hope that these events will not fuel further violence. We urge all parties to exercise the utmost restraint, and do everything in their power to protect all children – Palestinian and Israeli – from harm.”<\/p><\/div>\n
