4 March <\/i><\/span>– <\/i><\/span>Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and the World Bank will present tomorrow in Jerusalem findings from two reports exploring the impact of conflict on the bleak state of the Palestinian economy. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Exploring the devastation in the West Bank's productive sectors, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Terje Roed-Larsen, will discuss results from a report entitled: "The Impact of Closure and other Mobility Restrictions on Palestinian Productive Activities." It includes micro-economic analysis and numerous case studies about the impact of the crisis on firms and families. <\/p><\/div>\n

The World Bank <\/span>study<\/a>, "Two Years of Intifada, Closures and Palestinian Economic Crisis," complements the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ report by providing a major macro-economic analysis of the conflict.
