La Commission de Conciliation a examiné au cours de sa <\/span>séance du 21 mai<\/a> le <\/span>memorandum<\/a> remis à son Comité général par les quatre délégations arabes le 18 du même mois.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

La Commission a pu constater qu’un certain nombre des neuf points mentionnés dans le <\/span>memorandum<\/a> font déjà l’objet des conversations que la Commission poursuit avec la Délégation d’Israël depuis plusieurs semaines au sujet des mesures que les autorités d’Israël pourraient prendre dès maintenant en vue d’assurer la protection de la vie et des biens des réfugiés.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Ces conversations ont déjà fait l’objet d’un memorandum que la Commission a <\/span>communiqué aux délégations arabes le 16 mai<\/a>. Depuis lors, la Commission s’est adressée de nouveau à la Délégation d’Israël afin que soient complétées les informations déjà fournies ou d’obtenir de la part de cette délégation des engagements satisfaisants en ce qui concerne les points aur lesquels les réponses de la Délégation d’Israël avaient été considérées par la Commission come insuffisantes. La Commission a décidé de communiquer également à la Délégation d’Israël le <\/span>memorandum<\/a> remis par les Délégations arabes le 18 mai. Elle ne manquera pas de tenir celles-ci au courant de toute information que la Délégation d’Israël lui fera parvenir au sujet de ces différentes communications.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
