THE SECURITY COÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵCIL IS SEIZED AND OF THE STAGE REACHED<\/p><\/div>\n

IN THEIR CONSIDERATION<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>Pursuant to rule 11 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, I submit the following summary statement of matters of which the Security Council is seized and of the stage reached in their consideration on 19 March 1949. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\t\t(b)\t<\/span>Cablegram dated 13 March 1949 from the Acting Mediator for Palestine to the President of the Security Council <\/span>concerning alleged military operations by Israeli forces in the Southern Negev. (<\/span>S\/1286<\/a><\/a>)<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
