Tuesday, April 21<\/strong> \u2013 Earlier today the Chair of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People Mr. Cheikh Niang (Permanent Representative of Senegal to the United Nations in New York) moderated a virtual conversation with 3 Palestinian civil society<\/span>\u00a0representatives<\/span>:<\/span>\u00a0Mr. Ali\u00a0<\/span>Gheith<\/span>, a Palestinian journalist and activist\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span>East Jerusalem; Ms.\u00a0<\/span>Randa<\/span>\u00a0Siniora, Palestinian human rights and women\u2019s rights activist and General Director of the Women\u2019s Center for Legal Aid and Counselling<\/span>\u00a0in Ramallah<\/span>; and Mr.\u00a0<\/span>Issam<\/span>\u00a0Younis, the Director<\/span>\u2013<\/span>General of the Al\u00a0<\/span>Mezan<\/span>\u00a0Center for Human Rights in Gaza<\/span> on the topic \u201cThe COVID-19 Pandemic Under Occupation \u2013 National Resilience and International Support\u201d.
