From Philippe Lazzarini, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵRWA Commissioner-General as posted on his official X account (previously known as Twitter)<\/em><\/p>\n The manmade famine in Gaza has been largely shaped by the deliberate attempts to replace the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ coordinated humanitarian system through the politically motivated \u201cGHF\u201d.
